In the Velyko-Oleksandrivska community, 25 solar power plants began operating in 11 settlements, of which 21 were installed this year.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
To implement the project, the community secured almost 14 million hryvnias from international organizations. Thanks to this, more than 12 thousand residents will have access to water even during power outages.
“Solar stations are being installed not only in centers, but also in small villages where 50–60 people live”, — the statement reads.
Earlier we wrote that in the Kochubeyivska community they installed solar power plants on two artesian wells with a capacity of 10 kW each.
