The Education Department of the executive committee of the Kochubeyivka village council announced the procurement of two school buses worth 7 890 000 hryvnias, but the tenders did not take place due to a lack of bids.
Information about this was published on the Prozorro portal.
The school buses were to comply with DSTU 7013 requirements, including providing one seat for children with limited mobility.
The procurement was published on October 15, and the deadline for submitting bids expired on October 21. No participant submitted an application, and as a result the tender was canceled due to the absence of bids.

It is worth noting that the community currently funds road maintenance from its own budget. In 2025, 1.7 million hryvnias are allocated for this. This is enough for pothole repairs and to keep the roads in a condition that allows an ambulance or a school bus to pass.
Recall that the Kochubeyivka community was under Russian occupation for a very short time — only 18 days — from March 10 to 28, 2022. During that time the invaders stole and dismantled one of the two school buses for parts. Its remains were later found in Vysokopillia.
