The occupying authorities of the Kakhov region announced a shortage of personnel in the district’s illegal state institutions.
This is reported by pro-Russian occupation media.
The understaffing in the so-called Kakhov district reaches 50%.
This situation is allegedly caused by an outflow of local residents, said the occupation head of the so-called Kakhov district, Pavlo Filipchuk, in a comment to a pro-Russian occupation publication.
Filipchuk said that people are afraid to go to the occupied territories, adding that those who left are unlikely to return.
The occupiers report a shortage of personnel, in particular in civil registry offices, the tax authority, notaries and courts – understaffing reaches 30%, 40% and even 50%.
Because of this, residents of the occupied Kakhov district cannot register a child’s birth, a person’s death, register a car or obtain a driver’s license, draw up a power of attorney, etc.
Earlier MOST reported that hospitals in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region are staffed with specialists at 38%, and that Russians also cannot staff cultural institutions in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region.
