Kherson Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital has commissioned engineering and consultancy services for the reconstruction period of its emergency department.
As indicated on Prozorro, on October 1 the hospital signed a contract with Kyiv-based LLC “Rembudconsulting”, which will monitor the progress of construction works and provide necessary consultations.
The consultant’s functions include independent monitoring, verification, site inspection and coordination of the contractor’s activities. Services will be provided from October 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026. They will be paid UAH 1,348,000.
Recall that the reconstruction of the emergency department of Kherson Children’s Hospital is being carried out by the consortium “Magistral Plus”.
Earlier the contract for the reconstruction of the department was awarded to LLC “Avtomagistral-Zakhid”, but because the company’s estimate included materials and equipment manufactured in “unacceptable” countries for EU financing, the contractor was changed. However, as MOST found, one of the founders of “Magistral Plus” is LLC “Avtomagistral-Zakhid”.
