Due to violations of child protection conditions, the Kherson family-type children’s home based on the family of Tetiana Rusakova and Stanislav Fomin has ceased to operate.
The corresponding order was signed by the head of the Kherson MVA, Yaroslav Shanko.
According to the document, as of September 29 seven children who were under the care of Tetiana Rusakova and Stanislav Fomin may not remain in the home.

The decision states that the reason for closing the home is violations of child protection conditions, as evidenced by an entry in the Unified State Register of Judicial Investigations.
MVA head Yaroslav Shanko ordered the Main Department of the Pension Fund to stop payments for child maintenance and monetary support to foster parents.
Recall that before the war in the Kherson region, 71 family-type children’s homes were established. They housed 480 children.
