Throughout 2025, more than 9 thousand schoolchildren from the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions were taken by the Russians to four Russian cities as part of the so‑called “Cultural Map 4+85” program.
This is reported on Rosconcert’s website.
The occupiers transported schoolchildren from the occupied territories along specially designed routes with the aim of studying the cultural heritage of the Russian Federation and presenting it as “native”.
This year, Russians transported children aged 8 to 17 to Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don and Kazan. They were shown the main sights of these Russian cities, taken to theaters, museums, scientific centers, and were also given master classes.
Note, the “Cultural Map 4+85” has been in operation since 2023. The Russians created it for children from the occupied territories with the aim of destroying Ukrainian identity among children and youth and presenting the values of the Russian Federation to them as “native”.
Earlier MOST wrote that to the territory under Ukrainian control they managed to return another group of children from the temporarily occupied communities of Kherson region.
