In Kherson, 87 % of apartment buildings are ready for the autumn-winter period.

It is noted that over 87% of the city’s apartment housing stock already have readiness certificates or letters of guarantee, which indicates their readiness to receive heat supply.
In addition, the city council reported 100% readiness of social and cultural institutions for the heating season and of centralized heat supply facilities — boiler houses, heat distribution points and networks.
Also in Kherson they plan to create fuel reserves and provide critical infrastructure facilities with backup power sources, the message says.
Recall that on October 1 in the territory of the Kherson community the 2025-26 heating season began, and the MVA approved tariffs for heating for the population in the new heating season.
