Former assistant to the judge of the Bilozerka District Court, Yana Pshyk, has become a pseudo-judge of the occupation court in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region.
This was reported by occupation sources.
On October 13, Pshyk took the oath and became a judge of the occupation Kherson City Court, which is illegally operating on the left bank of the region.

According to the NACP, in 2019 Pshyk worked as an assistant to a judge of the Bilozerka District Court; also in 2021 she applied for the position of prosecutor of the Henichesk District Prosecutor’s Office and for the position of head of the office of the Henichesk District Court.
At the end of 2021 she even won the competition for the position of head of the court administration, but, apparently because of the start of the full-scale invasion, she never took up the post, so she decided to side with the occupiers and work in the pseudo-court.
Recall, earlier this year the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) announced suspicion against a judge of the occupation court on the left bank of Kherson region Viktor Mozhelyansky, who already has a conviction for treason.
