Owners of vehicles in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region are required to replace their registration documents and license plates with Russian ones by January 1, 2026.
This was reported by pro-Russian media.
After the set deadline re-registration will be impossible, and driving an unregistered vehicle will become an administrative offense, the occupiers said.
