A former border guard from Skadovsk has headed an illegally established hunters and fishermen association.
As became known from Russian registries, on October 3 in the temporarily occupied city of Skadovsk the NGO “Society of Hunters and Fishermen “Fauna”.
Klym Klymchuk is named as the head and one of the founders of this society.
According to the NACP registry, in 2016 Klymchuk worked as head of the border service department “Ochakiv” in the Mykolaiv region, and he is originally from the Kherson region.
In 2018 Klymchuk was accused of negligent conduct in military service.
As stated in the court ruling, in November 2017 border guards found 15 boats on the shore of the Berezansky liman, which, according to his job instructions, Klymchuk was supposed to transport and hand over to the tax service, but he did not. The court found that the violation was minor and did not cause harm, so he was relieved of administrative liability.
It is obvious that after the start of the full-scale creation Klymchuk remained living in the occupied territory, and has now agreed to head the illegal hunters and fishermen association in Skadovsk.
Note that together with Klymchuk the founders of the society also include the director of the Skadovsk forest and hunting enterprise Valeriy Voynalovych, whom Ukrainian law enforcement suspects of collaborationism, and local construction entrepreneur Oleksandr Bashkatov.
Earlier it was reported that in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region a new Cossack society was registered, which breeds horses and organizes weddings.
