The scandalous kiosk on the embankment of Langeron Beach in Odesa, which the public and deputies opposed, was installed by a Kherson business partner of Trukhanov’s advisor.
Documents confirming this were published by Odesa City Council deputy Petro Obukhov.
An application for the conclusion of a contract for the right to temporary use of places for the placement of temporary structures was submitted to the city council by individual entrepreneur (FOP) Hryhoriy Havrylenko in May 2025, and the kiosk was installed at the end of August.
Havrylenko’s Piano&coffee kiosk blocked the view of “sunrise with a piano”. This spot became iconic for many Odesans and visitors, because several times a week at dawn music is played here. Local musician Ihor Yanchuk made this beach famous under the name “PianoSunrise”. Thousands of people gather here to listen and greet the new day with music.

On September 1, the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleg Kiper arrived at Langeron Beach to clarify on site the details of the appearance of the coffee kiosk near the slabs and the piano.
The mayor of Odesa, Hennadiy Trukhanov, also visited the site and promised that “by tonight this MAF will no longer be there”.
The stall was promptly dismantled, but the city administration still did not explain who, to whom, and how permission was given for its installation.
The signature on the attachment passport was made by Trukhanov’s newly appointed subordinate — the head of the city’s trade department Kostiantyn Safoshyn.
And the passport was received, as we wrote above, by a resident of the village of Posad-Pokrovske in the Kherson region, Hryhoriy Havrylenko, who has business ties with the advisor to the mayor of Odesa.
Hryhoriy Havrylenko registered as an individual entrepreneur (FOP) in June 2024 in his native destroyed Posad-Pokrovske and chose as his main KVED the provision of leasing and operation of own or leased real estate, although he is simultaneously engaged in passenger transport.
On September 6, 2023, he, together with fellow villager Mykola Haidaienko, became one of the founders of LLC “AS Trans-yug”. This company holds two licenses for passenger transportation and operates on the Odesa-Mykolaiv-Kherson routes.
From 2017-2020 the company’s co-founder was Odesa resident Oleksiy Morozov.
Until September 2023, Morozov and Havrylenko were co-founders of another transport company, LLC “My Bus”.
Also, Oleksiy Morozov is an advisor on accessibility issues to Odesa mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov, and since January 2025 he has also been heading the Peresyp district organization of the “Trust the Deeds” party, which is led by Hennadiy Trukhanov.
