The Russians have arranged another job for former Kherson council deputy Ihor Semenchev Sr.
This is reported by occupation Telegram channels.
Now he works as the deputy director of the occupation “Employment Center of the Kherson Region”.
In this position, according to the occupying pseudo-opposition channels, Semenchev has very limited powers.
Recall that in 2022 Semenchev Sr. sided with the Russians and became the deputy head of the city occupation administration.
After fleeing Kherson he received a salary for a long time but did nothing, until he was finally dismissed in 2023. After his dismissal he lived in Skadovsk and was involved in improving the city, although it’s not entirely clear in what position.
It is also known that in 2024 Ihor Semenchev Sr. lived in Crimea, along with his two sons.
Currently the elder son, also Ihor Semenchev is in a Russian prison, and the other had his driving license revoked for driving under the influence.
