The head of the Department of Health of the Kherson City Council Viktoriya Khmilevska has been dismissed from her position.
MOST was informed of this by its own sources in the MVA.
That Yaroslav Shanko had long wanted to dismiss Viktoriya Khmilevska we learned earlier.
It should be noted that Khmilevska headed the Department of Health of the Kherson City Council since 2024. She was appointed by the former head of the Kherson MVA, Roman Mrochko.
Before that she was the director of the Kherson City Dental Polyclinic, where she tried to monopolize the work of all dental institutions in the city.
In May 2025 Khmilevska tried to seize part of the premises of the Kherson City Hospital named after Karabelesh. The pretext was an order by Mrochko that he signed retroactively — already after his dismissal. The document provided for the transfer of the dental department of the Karabelesh hospital to the city dental polyclinic.
Khmilevska’s husband Serhii – an entrepreneur in Kherson’s dental sector. In 2016 he founded «Denta Trade Group» LLC, which manufactures prosthetic products and sells them to the municipal dental polyclinic. Besides the business, Khmilevskyi worked at the dental polyclinic as an auxiliary worker with a small salary, but with privileges that provide exemption from mobilization.
The Khmilevskys’ daughter Darya is under investigation for violations of labor legislation by her. In particular, the case when in June the maternity hospital where her mother secured her employment credited Darya Khmilevska with wages for two weeks that she spent abroad.
