In the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region, in the urban-type settlement Novotroitske, during a sports and mass event a woman did not stand up during the performance of the Russian anthem. An administrative protocol was drawn up in connection with this.
This was reported by the occupation mass media with reference to “police officers who were providing public order protection at the event”.
The police identified the woman and took her to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs department in Novotroitske. An administrative case was drawn up against the woman under Article 17.10 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (“Violation of the procedure for the official use of the state symbols of the Russian Federation”).
The case materials were handed over to the court. As a result of the hearing, the court found the woman guilty and imposed an administrative fine.
Recall that recently the occupiers fined a resident of Kakhovka on the left bank of Kherson region for allegedly making calls “to carry out activities aimed against the security of Russia”.
